Notice of AGM (11/02/2013)

The AGM of the Birmingham & District Cross Country League is due to be held on Friday 15th March 2013 at 7.00pm in the Birchfield Club Room, Alexander Stadium, Perry Barr, Birmingham.

Offers to host for the 2013/2014 season are invited from Clubs.

If your club is to willing host a race, please provide the details to Carolyn Franks (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) as soon as possible.

With your offer please consider and provide details on the following :-

  • which race you are offering to stage and any alternatives should we get two clubs offering to host the same race.
  • details of the venue and course(s) to include
    • location map
    • draft travel/parking details
    • draft course map
    • details of all changing, toilet & parking facilities
  • If offering a venue for the Womens CC League, please ensure that the venue can accommodate the associated increase in participant numbers for parking and all other facilities?
  • Please include any details of catering facilties/arrangements that will be available to visitors together with details of your plans for any complimentary subsistence (tea/coffee, sandwiches) etc. for race officials
  • a summary OR budget of the likely costs involved.
