The Executive Committee, with subsequent approval at the 2014 AGM, agreed that for the 2014/15 Season the relegation/promotion policy will be "3 Down & 3 Up".
For subsequent years this may change to "4 Down & 3 Up" for Divisions 1 & 2 and "3 Up" for Division 3 "to try to address the balance of numbers running at each venue".
The AGM also approved a policy that "in extraordinary circumstances the Executive will decide what movement is necessary".
